Transaction Report:

This report will provide you with a breakdown of all the weekly or monthly transactions broken down by vehicle, driver or cost centre - allowing you to monitor driver's or vehicle activity quickly and simply - saving you time effort and money.

MPG Analysis:

This report will identify the fuel efficiency of your vehicles providing you with transaction dates and times, the distance travelled and volume purchased. It will give you an accurate measure of how your drivers are using the vehicles - so you get the most out of every litre of fuel purchased - and immediately highlight any potential fraud. Outside Parameters

Report:

This report will highlight any drawings for the week that were made outside the parameters that YOU have set. For example - YOU can highlight any weekend drawings, any drawings outside of set times or any transactions over or under a specific volume. It will give you TOTAL control of your drivers spending without having to spend time identifying individual transactions in a lengthy invoice.
